First strut change

I popped to the hospital this morning for a flying visit. Turns out the first strut needed changing before next Wednesday's clinic so off we went. Bottom strut 4 (green) had to go from large to medium before tomorrow when there would have been no more left to turn! Mr Calder said he was fed up and triple booked (should have been on a course and seeing two patients and lecturing) but the change over was very quick. He had to put one on to stabilise while he took the old one off and put the new one in the same place but it only took two minutes. He also looked at all the pin sites and said they looked fine so hopefully Mum will stop fretting about them so much.

Soon it is time for bed. I will update about daily life soon, but basically I'm doing ok.
