Pain diary

freddiefragglesI filled in the pain diary the hospital gave me to do yesterday but maybe I should have put more than a seven out of ten. It's been a bit rubbish today, nerves trying to come out (yes, still) which is a really odd burning needle sensation, not something I'd recommend. It's days like this that make me wish the hospital could've done the cut a bit better, maybe something that would have enabled me to be able to feel the skin around it by now.
However, something I haven't really ever done is actually keep a pain diary, a proper one where I note down the sort of pain it is and how often I get it. I know I should and stuff, but, well... I keep forgetting. New-years-is-there-something-different resolution, perhaps.
